Applications for the program are not yet open however interested applicants are invited to send their CV to Ms. Amy Smith at  amy.smith@lstmed.ac.uk,  she will liaise with Drs Jamie Rylance and Shevin Jacob who had agreed to mentor suitable applicants.

19th International Congress on Infectious Diseases (ICID)

The International Society for Infectious Diseases (ISID) is collaborating with the Malaysian Society of Infectious Diseases and Chemotherapy (MSIDC) to stage the 19th International Congress on Infectious Diseases (ICID) in Kuala Lumpur on February 20-23, 2020.

#ICID2020 is relevant to all infection prevention and control practitioners, clinicians, research scientists, laboratory specialists, pharmacists, and working in the fields of Infection and Public Health. There are a number of strong tracks, including AMR, Vaccination, Emerging and Re-Emerging infections and Surveillance, and One Health. Learn more about the scientific program here.

The deadline for submission of abstracts for the conference is coming up soon – October 25, 2019.

The 19th ICID Program Committees invite submissions of abstracts of excellent quality in all areas related to infectious diseases. Submission is open for Research Abstracts and for Clinical Case Reports of a particular condition that is unusual and provides new insights into diagnosis and clinical management.
